The team at Reside combines decades of experience in community relations and communications and has worked behind the scenes with many nonprofits and community support programs. However, it’s our desire to do the right thing that we call on in times of change over and above any work experience. We believe trust is fostered through honest, clear and supportive conversations and it’s this belief that guides our work with communities. Given our team’s background in communications, development, counselling and community relations, we believe we can create a positive and respectful transition to change.
Our approach begins with listening. We believe the best way to reach a positive outcome in the midst of change is if each voice is heard. Our process is designed to hear the needs of the community as a whole alongside the needs of each resident. Our approach is based on the notion that communities must first come together before trying to navigate big decisions.
